Releasing Emotional Patterns for True Balance
Healing is a journey that goes beyond just the physical body; it encompasses the balance of mind, body, and soul. Recently, a challenging trip to the ER triggered deep emotional patterns I’ve carried since childhood. I realized I had been conditioned to suppress my emotions, leading to frustration and avoidance.
This experience has reminded me of the importance of acknowledging our feelings rather than ignoring them. According to Human Design, my emotional definition is part of my decision-making strategy, yet for years, I was taught to control and suppress my emotions instead of embracing them.
Now, I’m focusing on healing these patterns through practices that promote self-awareness and emotional release. I’ve started with an InnerSpeak session to uncover the deeper stories behind my emotional reactions. Additionally, I’ve incorporated self-healing techniques such as journaling, Reiki, and mindfulness into my daily routine.
Deconditioning from past beliefs and societal expectations is not easy. Human Design teaches that true deconditioning involves shedding layers of programming and embracing your authentic self. It requires patience, self-compassion, and a willingness to trust your inner wisdom.
