Self-awareness is the foundation of personal and professional transformation. It allows us to recognize our patterns, understand what aligns with our purpose, and make empowered choices. People often tell me I am highly self-aware, but I didn’t get here overnight. It has been a journey of curiosity, practice, and exploration.

Self awareness

Recognizing Personal Patterns:
One of the ways I track my alignment is through my emotions and behaviors. Based on my Human Design, frustration and anger are key indicators that I am out of balance. But I’ve also noticed subtler patterns:

    • When I am excited and in flow, I dance and sing more.
    • When I am overly serious, I don’t laugh or giggle.
    • Sometimes, I experience a deep knowing that simply sinks in.
    • Checking in with my body provides powerful insights into my state of alignment.

The Role of Tools in Self-Awareness:
My journey of self-awareness has been shaped by many modalities—animal communication, psychometry, Reiki, sound healing, muscle testing, Human Design, and dowsing. Each of these tools has provided new insights, but I don’t rely on just one. Instead, I integrate what works for me and remain open to evolving my practice.

Transformation Through Awareness:
Self-awareness has led me through countless transformations—some big, some small. When I am most aligned with my purpose, time disappears, and I become hyper-focused. But even then, limiting beliefs creep in. When doubt arises, I ask myself:

    • Am I satisfied with what I’m doing?
    • If so, what is triggering this doubt?
    • If I can’t trace the cause, I schedule time with my coach.

Journaling: A Pathway to Magic
Journaling is my go-to habit for reconnecting with my magic. When I stop journaling, I feel lost and disempowered. This is why I encourage everyone to explore their own self-awareness practice. Your magic is unique to you, and through self-reflection, you can uncover what truly aligns you with your purpose.
