Sometimes life doesn’t just whisper – it shakes things up until we can no longer ignore what needs to change.
Over the past few months, I’ve been living through what I can only describe as a full-body, full-life rearrangement. My health, my work, my relationships, even my energy- all of it has been calling me to stop, listen, and realign.
It started with recurring UTIs that left me completely drained. I tried to power through, but my body was asking for something deeper. As I began to work through the physical symptoms, I uncovered emotional layers that had been buried for years – unresolved sexual trauma that had quietly shaped my relationships, my confidence, and even my relationship with money.
At the same time, my business wasn’t taking off the way I had envisioned. I wanted so much to step fully into my purpose and leave my corporate job, but progress felt stuck. Then, I was placed “on the bench” at work – a corporate term that means waiting for a new project or facing a potential layoff. It was unsettling, and I felt like I was losing control of everything I had worked so hard to build.
Yet beneath the chaos, something sacred was unfolding.
Grief as a Gateway
The first emotion that surfaced was grief. Grieving the loss of the vibrant energy I had in my twenties. Grieving the illusion that I could keep doing everything on my own. Grieving what no longer fit the person I was becoming.
That grief became the doorway to something more profound: clarity.
Through InnerSpeak sessions, I began clearing the emotional blocks that had kept me repeating old cycles. I realized that the way I had been earning money was tied to seeking external validation, rather than serving from my true purpose. What I truly desire is meaningful, transformative work that feels aligned with who I am and the people I work with feel aligned too.
What I had been missing wasn’t effort. It was faith and trust.
The System Reset Tea Ceremony
During this time, I created my System Reset Tea Ceremony, a ritual to slow down, release control, and come back to center. Each step of the ceremony invites reflection – what needs to be released, what desires are calling forward, and what support is needed to move through the blocks.
There’s something deeply healing about holding a warm cup of tea, breathing deeply, and acknowledging that you don’t have to have it all figured out. Every sip becomes an act of faith, a reminder that change isn’t punishment – it’s sacred guidance.
Faith as the Foundation
Through this process, I’ve learned that faith isn’t about knowing how things will work out – it’s about trusting that they will. My body, my business, and my emotions were all mirroring the same message: stop pushing, start listening.
Disruption, no matter how uncomfortable, is often life’s way of realigning us with what truly matters.
An Invitation for You
If life feels like it’s rearranging you right now, I invite you to pause and ask:
What change is asking me to release control and trust the unfolding?
You already have the answers within you. Sometimes it just takes slowing down long enough to hear them.
Journal. Meditate. Take a walk in nature. Or create your own simple ritual to honor where you are right now. If you need guidance, tools like InnerSpeak or coaching support can help you clear the noise and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Change doesn’t mean you’re off track – it means you’re being called home to yourself.
